As Director for Joint Concepts and Experimentation for Raytheon Net Centric Systems (NCS) and Director of the Net Centric Enterprise Priority, General Cash is helping lead a new company initiative to enable rapid-response solutions to time-critical customer needs. He will speak on the connection with ‘fearless engineering’ and the importance of this concept both to Raytheon and to America’s continued leadership in high-technology innovation.

Gen. Cash joined Raytheon in 2003 after a distinguished 30-year career in the US Army. His last assignment was Director of Joint Concept Development and Experimentation (J-9), Joint Forces Command. He holds degrees from Virginia Tech and the University of Nebraska, and has lectured at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, the Army War College, the Naval War College, and the Air Staff College.
